Woodview Commons provides the ideal living environment for those who cherish their independence, yet enjoy the companionship of others. A central air conditioning system, modern kitchen appliances, and two large den areas allow for all the space, privacy, and comfort one needs to live year round at Woodview Commons . A Program Manager is available on a part-time basis to provide limited assistance when needed.

Tenant rents at Woodview Commons are based on 30% of the individual's monthly income.Tenants living at Woodview Commons are pleased to learn that its affordability also includes the care and upkeep of the property, as landscaping, maintenance, and snowplowing needs are taken care of in a scheduled manner. It is our belief that affordable housing can, and should be attractive as well.
