We offer rooms ideally suited for your offsite meeting requirements, such as board meetings as well as larger rooms to hold a crowd.

• Room accommodates up to 220 individuals seated at tables or 450 individuals if seating is chairs only.
• Room configuration is flexible and is large enough to accommodate multiple arrangements.
• Tables and chairs are provided (quantities limited)
• Projector and screen are available for an additional fee.

Competitive Rates

The room rental and equipment rates have been established to be as competitive as possible, while covering the overhead and management costs of the non-profit organization, Welcoming Light, Inc. Approved non-profit organizations are eligible for special rates and must provide a valid tax ID indicating their 501(c) (3) status.
