Great Brook Homes, located in Antrim, New Hampshire, is a project of Welcoming Light, Inc., a nonprofit agency based in Nashua, New Hampshire providing affordable housing services to qualified individuals. Eligibility requirements are: (1) an annual income of $23,100 or less, and; (2) that you are 62 years or older and/or have a disability.

Our North Main Street and Grove Street locations are ideal living environments for those who cherish their independence, yet enjoy the companionship of others. Private bedrooms and large common areas allow for all the space, privacy, and comfort one needs to live year round at Great Brook Homes. A Program Manager is available on a part-time basis to provide limited assistance when needed.

Affordable, yet well-maintained

Tenant rents at Great Brook Homes are based on 30% of the individual's monthly income.Tenants living at Great Brook Homes are pleased to learn that its affordability also includes the care and upkeep of the property, as landscaping, maintenance, and snowplowing needs are taken care of in a scheduled manner. It is our belief that affordable housing can, and should be attractive as well.
