SCRUM Club – meets the 2nd Thursday of the month from 6:00 – 8:00

Now that the holidays are over, are you ready to get out of the house and begin expanding your horizon.  Wouldn't it be nice to get out, eat some pizza, talk with great people and hear a good talk?  Well this is the chance.  Join us at one of our monthly SCRUM Meetings.

Scrum can be applied to any type of project, although it is most often used to manage software development projects. As a general purpose project management methodology, Scrum does not advocate specific software development practices. Extreme Programming (XP) is an agile methodology that uses many of the same concepts as Scrum (short iterations, customer feedback, communication, honest scheduling) but also utilizes software development practices such as pair-programming, test-driven development (TDD), and continuous integration (CI). Scrum is often combined with XP practices for managing complex software development projects. To register for the meeting, go here:  http://www.meetup.com/nhscrumclub/
