You may cancel your registration up to five business days before the program and we will refund your tuition les a $10.00 cancellation fee. If you need to cancel less than 5 business days prior to the program, you may

1) Elect to send a substitute from your organization

2) Transfer your registration fee to another program that is scheduled within 12 months of the original event. If you don't cancel and don't attend, you are still responsible for the full conference/workshop fee.
