Harbor Homes, Inc.

Harbor Homes maintains an active partnership with the Greater Nashua Continuum of Care, the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness, H.U.D., the N.H. Center for Nonprofits, the State of N.H., and numerous other agencies and organizations working to end homelessness.

Harbor Homes is formally affiliated, sharing a common board and President/CEO, with the following agencies to address the complex needs of our clients.

 Healthy at Home, Inc.

Healthy at Home, Inc. strives to enhance the lives of people with illness or injury through a cooperative relationship with the community, professional medical providers, and organizations that serve people in need of healthcare.

 Greater Nashua Council on Alcoholism, Inc.

 To empower the chemically dependent person to take responsibility toward recovery through professional counseling in a caring environment.

 Milford Regional Counseling Services, Inc.

To provide caring, personalized, and professional counseling services at affordable rates to families and individuals in the Souhegan Valley area of southern New Hampshire

Southern NH HIV / AIDS Task Force

To increase the quality and availability of knowledge, services and resources in all matters relating to HIV infection and AIDS to the people in the Southern New Hampshire region, regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, disability, gender, age, or sexual orientation
